Justo fuera del centro, en una calle tranquila y sube el valle Liro, es la característica Casa Archi. Esta cómoda casa tiene un balcón en la parte delantera con muebles de jardín y una espléndida vista del lago de Como. Accesible desde la planta del aparcamiento, que se encuentra dentro de la propiedad, a través de un ascensor recientemente instalado (2019), o mediante escaleras externas. Se accede al aparcamiento privado interno desde la carretera de arriba (provincial) a través de una rampa corta y bastante empinada. La casa está a la derecha de la carretera, con un corto camino de entrada después de la galería, la segunda entrada. Desde el ascensor hasta la entrada sólo hay un escalón. La tasa de estancia sólo se aplica a los huéspedes mayores de 14 años y durante los 10 primeros días de estancia. Cualquier pago en exceso realizado en el momento de la reserva se reembolsará in situ. Los gastos de servicio del 20/10 al 10/4 se refieren a la calefacción y son adicionales a los gastos de servicio de 6 euros por persona/noche.
Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, an einer ruhigen Straße, die ins Liro-Tal führt, liegt dieses charakteristische Casa Archi. Die Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet für 2-3 Personen, hat einen eigenen Eingang, der über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. An der Vorderseite gibt es einen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln. Das Haus kann vom Parkdeck, das sich innerhalb des Grundstücks befindet, über einen kürzlich installierten Aufzug (2019) oder über eine Außentreppe erreicht werden. Der überdachte Privatparkplatz ist von der darüber liegenden Straße (Provinzstraße) über eine kurze, ziemlich steile Rampe erreichbar. Vom Aufzug bis zum Eingang gibt es nur 1 Stufe. Die Aufenthaltstaxe gilt nur für Gäste über 14 Jahre und für die ersten 10 Tage ihres Aufenthalts. Eine bei der Buchung geleistete Überzahlung wird vor Ort zurückerstattet. Die Nebenkosten vom 20.10. bis 10.4. beziehen sich auf die Heizung und werden zusätzlich zu den Nebenkosten von 6 Euro pro Person/Nacht berechnet.
Casa Archi, une maison très caractéristique, se situe juste en dehors du centre, au bord d'une route tranquille qui va en direction de la vallée de Liro. L'agréable habitation dispose d'une entrée privative en montant quelques escaliers. Balcon sur le devant avec des meubles de jardin. La maison est accessible depuis le niveau du parking, situé dans la propriété, par un ascenseur récemment installé (2019), ou par des escaliers extérieurs. On accède au parking privé depuis la route située en amont (route provinciale) par une rampe courte et assez raide. Pour info : Vous accéder au parking couvert via une pente importante (env. 30%). De l'ascenseur à l'entrée, il n'y a qu'une seule marche. La taxe de séjour n'est applicable que pour les clients âgés de plus de 14 ans et pour les 10 premiers jours de leur séjour. Tout paiement excédentaire effectué au moment de la réservation sera remboursé sur place. Les frais de service du 20/10 au 10/4 concernent le chauffage et s'ajoutent aux frais de service de 6 euros par personne/nuit.
Appena fuori dal centro, lungo una strada tranquilla che va fino alla valle del Liro, c'è la caratteristica Casa Archi. Questa comoda casa ha un balcone sul lato anteriore con mobili da giardino e una splendida vista sul lago di Como. La casa è raggiungibile dal piano parcheggio, situato all'interno della proprietà, tramite un ascensore recentemente installato (2019), oppure tramite scale esterne. Al parcheggio privato interno, si accede dalla sovrastante strada (provinciale) percorrendo una breve rampa abbastanza ripida. La casa è a destra della strada, con un breve viale di accesso dopo la galleria, il secondo ingresso. Dall'ascensore all'ingresso è presente 1 solo gradino. La tassa di soggiorno è applicabile solo a maggiori di 14 anni e per i primi 10 giorni di soggiorno. Eventuali eccedenze di pagamento effettuate al momento della prenotazione verranno rimborsate sul posto. I costi dei servizi dal 20/10 al 10/4 sono riferiti al riscaldamento e sono da intendersi aggiuntivi ai costi dei servizi di 6 euro a persona/notte.
Net buiten het centrum, langs een rustige weg die naar de Liro vallei loopt, staat de karaktervolle Casa Archi. Deze comfortabele woning heeft een balkon aan de voorzijde met tuinmeubilair en een schitterend uitzicht op het Comomeer. Het huis is toegankelijk vanaf het parkeerniveau, gelegen binnen het eigendom, via een recent geïnstalleerde lift (2019), of via een buitentrap. De privé-parkeerplaats is toegankelijk vanaf de bovenliggende weg (provinciale weg) via een korte, tamelijk steile helling. Huis ligt rechts van de weg met een korte inrit net na de tunnel, de tweede oprit. Van de lift naar de ingang is er maar 1 trede. Verblijfsbelasting is alleen van toepassing voor gasten ouder dan 14 jaar en voor de eerste 10 dagen van hun verblijf. Elk bedrag dat bij de reservering te veel is betaald, wordt ter plaatse terugbetaald. Servicekosten van 20/10 tot 10/4 hebben betrekking op verwarming en komen bovenop de servicekosten van 6 euro per persoon per nacht.

Located in Gravedona, this beautiful apartment is perfect for a family getaway or a group holiday. With 1 bedroom, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. A shared swimming pool is in place for you to relax and rejuvenate. The nearest restaurants and the grocery store are 1 km away. The lake lies only 1000 m away if you wish to spend the day out in nature. The town center is 1000 m from the apartment. Central heating is there for your comfortable stay. The apartment offers a lift for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or in the shared furnished garden, while soaking in the afternoon sun. You can park your vehicles in the parking area. A high chair and childrens bed are in place for the kids. 1 pet is allowed to stay on the property at an additional rate of 7,20/night. The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM. The house can be reached from the car park, which is located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019) or via an external staircase. The private covered car park can be reached from the road above (provincial road) via a short, rather steep ramp. From the lift to the entrance there is only 1 step. Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay. Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot. Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.
