The property including the cottage and the apartment is partially fenced (80%) and spans over 2000m2. The pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue are shared with another apartment on the property. Distance from the sea 35km, 11km from the town of Pazin. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding area. Perfect for 4-6 people. It is equipped with: air conditioning, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, TV / DVD, satellite and safe.
