Pets and animals are welcome: since the owner is a veterinary, she is able to offer veterinary assistance, if needed. So, this property will suit perfectly those who are fond of nature and countryside. Moreover, the property allows quick and easy access to the famous Tuscan art cities with their rich history and century old traditions such as nearby Lucca 5km, Pisa 14 km and the coast 15 km. Parking within the grounds. The particularly favourable climate, given to the proximity to the sea, makes a stay at Le Piane ideal all year round. Upon request, it is possible to go sea fishing on a boat and/or to take diving courses in the swimming pool. Zobacz więcej Zobacz mniej All’interno di un palazzo molto prestigioso, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Lucca e dalle sue antiche mura si trova questo bellissimo appartamento luminoso e dotato di due balconi di circa 2 mq che rappresenterà la base perfetta per scoprire la città. Questa casa è semplicemente una dimora di pregio ideale per godersi questo angolo di Toscana, molto confortevole all’interno e comodissima per la posizione. L’appartamento si trova al 1° piano, è dotato di ascensore e si compone di: ingresso, soggiorno/tinello con divano, televisione, uscita sul balcone (circa 2 mq) attrezzato con tavolo e due sedie, tavolo da pranzo, angolo cucina con fornelli (5 fuochi) forno, forno a microonde, frigo/freezer, lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchina del caffè all’americana, ripostiglio con lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Zona notte con 1 grande bagno in marmo con vasca/doccia, wc, bidet e lavandino grande porta finestra, 1 camera con letto francese (1,40 cm) uscita su un balcone (circa 2 mq), 1 camera matrimoniale. L’appartamento è arredato con grande cura in stile moderno con mobili di pregio, quadri molto colorati e grandi finestre che lo rendono molto luminoso. Sicuramente potrete raggiungere a piedi il bellissimo centro storico di Lucca (distante circa 500 m), racchiuso all’interno delle sue belle mura che ha un fascino tutto particolare che difficilmente troverete in altre luoghi. Lucca è una bellissima città d’arte ricca di antichi palazzi, numerose chiese, piazze e scorci affascinanti, sicuramente da visitare Piazza San Michele, Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, la cattedrale di San Martino, la Torre Guinigi e Via Fillungo la via più commerciale della città. Tra i suoi caratteristici vicoli poterete scoprire antiche botteghe, negozi caratteristici, tipiche trattorie e ottimi ristoranti, dove si respira il profumo della buona cucina e risuonano le romantiche arie di Puccini. I molti eventi che ruotano intorno alla città ne fanno una meta ideale in ogni periodo dell’anno. Per citarne alcuni: “Lucca Comics and Games” per gli appassionati di fumetti, la stagione lirica in ottobre novembre, i concerti di musica religiosa e classica nelle chiese cittadine da aprile a giugno, il Settembre lucchese con numerose manifestazioni culturali e folkoristiche, il Summer Festival in luglio e agosto ed inoltre i molti mercatini all’aperto e l’importante mercato dell’antiquariato che si svolte ogni 3° fine settimana del mese nelle vie e piazze del centro storico.
