In the Örekilsälven, which flows in the valley below the cabin, there is the opportunity to paddle, fish, and if you're lucky, the beaver might make an appearance. Several nice lakes for swimming, fishing or canoeing/kayaking are in the area, there is plenty of space at the cabin for those of you who want to bring your own canoe/kayak. At Ulkeröd's farm there is a hunting and shooting center for those of you who want to try this. The proximity to the main road in the area makes it easy to get to several of the area's bathing spots, lakes and other excursion destinations. The cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet location on a well-kept and nice farm, here you wake up to birdsong and the rustle of the trees. The cabin's entrance is reached via a glass-enclosed veranda, from there you enter a welcoming hall which leads you to a kitchen equipped with stove, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, inside the kitchen is a large living room with both dining room furniture and a nice large corner sofa. In the glass veranda there are two sofas and a dining table, a perfect environment if you are looking for shade or a moment of relaxing rest. On the first floor, there is also the cottage's bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor, where you are first met by a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and further into another bedroom equipped with a double bed. From the living room you reach the cottage's balcony area with summer furniture and barbecue, a nice place in a peaceful environment to discuss the day's adventures or plan for new excursions. On the cottage's lawn area, which you share with the owner's house, there is room for all kinds of games and play. If the cabin owner is at home, the owner usually has the option of guided tours in the area and you also have the option of renting a canoe from the owner.
