Here you really see each other, and the ferry is regarded by the residents as a social hub where many topics are discussed and conversations arise. Approximately 200 meters from the ferry stop is the apartment, which is directly adjacent to the home owner's residence. It is an impressive conversion of two sheds into a fantastic apartment which, despite its limited surface area, offers a lot of space and functionality. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace with seating for outdoor lunches. Already in the hall, you are greeted by an immediate sense of design and pops of color, thanks to textile details and carefully selected works of art. In the living room there is a day bed and a flexible sofa bed that can easily be converted into four beds. This makes it possible to easily put away bedding in the morning and have access to the entire room during the day. A small staircase leads up to the kitchen and bathroom.
