Welcome to Hönö in Gothenburg's northern archipelago with proximity to both Öckerö, Hälsö and Fotö. Here you live high and nice in direct connection to a natural plot with a fence and gate around so the children can move freely around the houses without having to worry. The large house is on two levels, where on the lower level there is one of the house's bedrooms which has a bunk bed - 90 / 120cm. There is also an open kitchen with pantry / storage in direct connection. Large dining area where you can easily make room for all 8 if you turn out the table and take in the chairs from outside. On the first floor there is also one of the house's bathrooms which has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine with dryer function. Both kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. The lovely terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue is accessed via the patio door and here you can enjoy the evening meals. If you want to enjoy the birds chirping in the morning, there is a table with two chairs at the front. Upstairs is the house living room with sofa, TV and a hefty bookshelf filled with a variety of books if you like it. Outside there is a small balcony and inside the living room is the house's master bedroom which has a double bed and its own toilet with sink and toilet. This room also has its own small balcony perfect for penetration if it is hot. There is also a travel cot and a high chair for the youngest traveler. If you have young people who would like to have their own shelter, there is the guest house with 2 bunk beds 90/90 which also has a smaller TV with DVD. The perfect accommodation adapted for all ages. The accommodation is best suited for a maximum of 8 people, but since the small cottage is also included, you have to manage with the hot water and maybe not everyone should shower at the same time, everything will be just fine. There are only 2 parking spaces for the cabins, so the cabins are located in a residential area, so if you are more than that, you park other cars at the harbor. This accommodation can not be booked by youth groups under 25 years and at least one guardian must be on site throughout the stay. On the island there are several restaurants and shops down in Klåva harbor. If you have bikes, feel free to bring these as the island is very nice to cycle around and we suggest discovering the smaller northern islands as well. Paolo's bike also rents out bikes, so feel free to call and book if you do not have the opportunity to bring your own. Down in the harbor in Röd there is a bathing ladder so you can easily take both the morning and evening dip and nearby is a large ICA Supermarket. You can not live better! Warm welcome!

Hier wohnen Sie erhöht und attraktiver, in direkter Verbindung zu einem felsigen Naturgrundstück mit Zaun und Tor drumherum, sodass sich auch die Kinder im Freien bewegen können. Das große Ferienhaus erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen, wobei sich auf der unteren Ebene eines der beiden Schlafzimmer des Hauses befinden; dieses mit einem Etagenbett mit 120 cm Liegefläche in der unteren und 90 cm in der oberen Koje des Etagenbettes. Unten auch offene Küche mit Speisekammer / Abstellraum in direkter Verbindung. Großer Essbereich, in dem Sie bequem Platz für alle schaffen können, wenn Sie den Esstisch ausziehen und die Stühle von außen dazunehmen. Im Parterre befindet sich auch das Badezimmer des Hauses mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche und einem praktischen Waschtrockner. Küche und Bad haben angenehme Fußbodenheizung. Durch die Terrassentür gelangen Sie hinaus auf die schöne Terrassenfläche mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill, auf der Sie Ihr Abendessen genießen können. Wenn Sie morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel genießen möchten, steht vor dem Haus ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen bereit. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer des Hauses mit Sofa, Fernseher und einem großen Bücherregal. Draußen gibt es einen kleinen Balkon und hinter dem Wohnzimmer findet man das Hauptschlafzimmer des Hauses mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen WC mit Waschbecken. Das Schlafzimmer hat zudem einen eigenen kleinen Balkon, perfekt zum Lüften an warmen Tagen. Für die ganz Kleinen stehen Kinderbettchen und Hochstuhl im Haus bereit. Wenn Sie Teenager dabei haben, können diese separat im kleinen Annex mit vier 90 cm breiten Kojen in zwei Etagenbetten untergebracht werden. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für max. 8 Personen, dabei muss jedoch die eingeschränkte Menge an Warmwasser, die zur Verfügung steht, beachtet werden. Es gibt zwei Stellplätze für das Haus, das in einem Wohnviertel liegt. Weitere Fahrzeuge müssen ggf. unten am Hafen geparkt werden. Keine Vermietung an Jugend- oder Handwerkergruppen erwünscht!
