Es liegt im südlicheren Teil der beliebten Ferieninsel Öland, auf einem attraktiven Rasengrundstück am Rande des Dorfes Mörbylånga, das reizvoll am Kalmarsund liegt. Das teils eingezäunte Grundstück befindet sich in einer kinderfreundlichen, ruhigen Gegend. Entlang der Str. stehen mehrere prächtige, alte Holzvillen in hellen Farben, die so typisch für die Insel Öland sind. Unten im hell und ansprechend gestalteten Wohnraum kann man es sich vor dem Kachelofen gemütlich machen. Großes Esszimmer mit Zugang in den Garten, wo man in den Gartenstühlen auf der Rasenfläche entspannen kann. Geräumige Küche mit Geschirrspüler, praktische Waschküche und außerdem kleines Bad (ohne Fenster) sowie 2 SZ im Parterre (ohne Zimmertür dazwischen). Obere Etage mit 3 weiteren Schlafzimmern, das größere davon (m. 1DB) offen, sowie Bad mit Dusche. Die kleinere Terrassenfläche direkt am Haus ist recht uneben und kann nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden. Sitzplatz auf dem Rasengrundstück im Garten. Zum nächsten Badesteg sind es nur ca. 200 m. A spacious 1 ½ leveled holiday home just next to the ocean, equipped with a large dining area and amazing views from almost every room in the house. The holiday home is located in the south part of Öland in Mörbylånga, and is just next to the strait between Kalmar and Öland. The garden is enclosure and the neighborhood is child friendly and peacefully. Along the street there are several old spacey properties in bright colors which characterize Öland. The holiday home is divided, which means there are two entrances facing the street but you rent the entire property. The living room is brightly colored and has a beautiful chimney. There is a large dining area with an exit facing the garden, where you can find outdoor furniture and a grill. A large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. There are approximately 200m to a good beach with bridge, and if you take a small walk you will arrive to three restaurants, a café and two grocery stores. Discover Öland and all what the island has to offer. The nature and environment are unique and the island offers a lot of sun, bathing and lovely strolls next to the water. There is a large shopping centre in Färjestad. Obligatory deposit of 1500 SEK. NOTE: There is no electric car charging station
