This cozy 4-person chalet is located on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, surrounded by the North Sea. The holiday home is situated in a quiet park just outside the historic town of Goedereede. The Goedereede supermarket is next to the park, and the restaurants with their cozy terraces are just down the street. A fantastic place to spend the holiday on the Kop van Goeree. The park has a launderette, a playground for the little ones, a larger playground "De Flipjes" is in Ouddorp, a cinema in Brielle and Hellevoetsluis, a swimming pool in Stellendam, Hellevoetsluis and Port Zélande. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and is also tasteful inside furnished. The living room has a cozy seating and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped, where you can prepare a delicious meal and then eat it inside or outside. From the bright living room you can access the garden through the patio doors. There are 2 bedrooms, a room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. The shower has a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. The chalet is fully equipped with laminate flooring. There are 2 parking spaces available at the chalet. We ask you not to smoke in the chalet and also not to enjoy gourmet or fondue. This chalet is not suitable for young people up to the age of 25 and can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Park etwas außerhalb der historischen Stadt Goedereede. Der Goedereede-Supermarkt befindet sich neben dem Park, eine Straße weiter befinden sich die Restaurants mit ihren gemütlichen Terrassen. Ein fantastischer Ort, um den Urlaub auf dem Kop van Goeree zu verbringen. Der Park hat einen Waschsalon, einen Spielplatz für die Kleinen, einen größeren Spielplatz „De Flipjes“ gibt es in Ouddorp, ein Kino in Brielle und Hellevoetsluis, ein Schwimmbad in Stellendam, Hellevoetsluis und Port Zélande Genießen Sie die gemütliche Atmosphäre und ist auch innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitz- und Essecke. Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, wo Sie eine köstliche Mahlzeit zubereiten und diese dann drinnen oder draußen essen können. Vom hellen Wohnzimmer gelangt man durch die Terrassentüren in den Garten. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Dusche hat eine Duschkabine, Waschbecken und Toilette. Das Chalet ist komplett mit Laminatboden ausgestattet. Beim Chalet stehen 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Wir bitten Sie im Chalet nicht zu rauchen und auch kein Gourmet oder Fondue zu geniessen. Dieses Chalet ist für Jugendliche bis 25 Jahre nicht geeignet und kann nur zu touristischen Zwecken und/oder Erholungszwecken gemietet/gebucht werden. Op het door de Noordzee omsloten eiland Goeree-Overflakkee ligt dit gezellige chalet voor 4 personen. De vakantiewoning vindt u op een rustig park net in het buitengebied van het historische stadje Goedereede. De supermarkt van Goedereede is naast het park, één straat verder zijn de restaurantjes met hun gezellige terrasjes. Een fantastische plek om de vakantie door te brengen op de Kop van Goeree. Het park beschikt over een wasserette, speeltuin voor de kleintjes, een grotere speeltuin “De Flipjes” is te vinden in Ouddorp, er is een bioscoop in Brielle en Hellevoetsluis, een zwembaden in Stellendam, Hellevoetsluis en Port Zélande Als u de tuin in loopt bij dit chalet, proeft u de gezellig sfeer al. Binnen is het eveneens sfeervol ingericht. De woonkamer heeft een gezellig zithoek en eethoek. De open keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, waar u een heerlijke maaltijd kunt bereiden om deze vervolgens binnen of buiten te nuttigen. U kunt vanuit de lichte woonkamer via de openslaande deuren de tuin bereiken. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en 1 kamer met 2 enkele bedden. De douche heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en een toilet. Het chalet is geheel voorzien van een laminaatvloer. Er zijn 2 parkeerplaatsen bij het chalet.
