Il servizio di reception è solamente sotto appuntamento, in sostituzione, è disponibile il "self check-in", accessibile 24/24.
Al piano Interrato abbiamo una zona di ampia metratura che attualmente non è stata ancora personalizzata ma si potrebbe adibire a Spa o Palestra. La palazzina è stata dotata di un nuovo ascensore che serve tutti piani .
