The place includes a ground floor of 250 m2 with a terrace. It has 13 tables inside and 7 outside. The transfer includes all machines and equipment for bakery and pastry making, ovens, refrigerators, shelves, decoration, display cases, etc. ...Stock is taken separately (not included). Agreement whereby for 1 month the former owners dedicate themselves to helping with the transition. The rent for the premises has been set on January 1, 2024 at 1,700/month, the budget of which will not change for 5 years. There is a possibility of renting an additional warehouse next to the premises (additional rent of 500). Personnel may be transferred according to the agreement of the parties concerned.

El traspaso incluye todas las máquinas y equipos de panadería y pastelería, hornos, frigoríficos, estanterías, decoración, vitrinas, etc. ...El stock se toma por separado (no incluido). Acuerdo por el que durante 1 mes los antiguos propietarios se dedican a ayudar en la transición. El alquiler del local se ha fijado el 1 de enero de 2024 en 1.700 /mes, cuyo presupuesto no variará durante 5 años. Existe la posibilidad de alquilar un almacén adicional al lado del local (alquiler adicional de 500). El personal podrá ser trasladado según acuerdo de las partes interesadas.
