In 2019, an independent expert assessment of tangible fixed assets (land, buildings and equipment) was carried out in the base with a total value of about 600,000. This is also the price at which it is offered to date - 600,000 incl. VAT. The building can also be used for other types of production, logistics center or warehouse.
