A28594MAS73 - Incroyablement, ce chalet de 3 chambres avec un appartement T2, est si bien isolé qu'il peut être chauffé pour aussi peu que 120 € par an, soit le prix de 1,5 stère de bois de chauffage. Elle nécessite très peu de chauffage, sans besoin d'un autre système de chauffage. Il n'y a pas non plus de pompe à chaleur ni de panneaux solaires. Au lieu de cela, il dispose d'un poêle à masse, comme le montre la 4ème photo, qui peut être allumée pendant seulement 2 heures et stocker suffisamment de chaleur pour chauffer le chalet pendant les prochaines 24 heures.Avec une cote officielle de performance énergétique de C, qui serait B, mais sans les aléas d'une altitude supérieure à 800 m, on pourrait être pardonné de penser que cette maison était moyennement efficace. En réalité, il est moins coûteux d’exploiter que la plupart des propriétés avec DPE band A.
