On the technical side, we highlight the walls of great thickness (80 cm) with air gap stone, thermal insulation, new air box and wood. O imóvel contempla ainda uma lareira a lenha, bem como um fogão a lenha, fogão, este que contempla uma caldeira de água, que quando em uso auxilia o aquecimento de águas quer para o pavimento radiante quer para águas sanitárias.
