Ahora te digo porqué, pero antes, deja que te cuente:Cuando vi esta casa, no me gustó nada. Tenía cristales rotos, la piscina con agua verde y mil cajas llenas de polvo. Como no soy una persona con imaginación, aquello me pareció una pocilga. Muy grande, pero una pocilga.Me iba a largar de allí, pero iba con un amigo que me dijo:“Isra, sal a la terraza”.Cuando salí a la terraza del salón, supe que aquella iba a ser mi casa.¿Por?Porque las vistas al mediterráneo y a su vez, a la montaña, eran únicas. Sublimes.Me quedé dos de minutos mirando, tranquilo, escuchando los pajaritos y me imaginé tomando una cerveza en la tarde con esas vistas y ese maravilloso sonido pensando… “joder, he triunfado en la vida, fíjate lo que veo y lo que escucho”. A raíz de esas vistas, empecé a mirar la casa con otros ojos. Y subí a las tres habitaciones. Una de ellas con una terraza con vistas aún más espectaculares y un baño enorme incorporado. Solo esa habitación era más grande que el primer piso en el que viví con una novia que tuve a los 20 años.Después redescubrí el salón y el acceso a la terraza, con esa luz y la cocina, con ventana mirando al monte verde.En la planta baja descubrí la cuarta habitación con baño (4 baños, 5 habitaciones, dos cocinas y varias terrazas, una locura), ahí vi la segunda cocina, salón de verano y otra terraza inmensa con una piscina y una pequeña parcela que pensé: aquí estaría genial tener un huerto.Gracias a esas vistas empezó todo y la compramos.Y la piscina ahora es una maravilla, climatizada de agua salada con un robot que la mantiene cristalina. (Yo me baño en pleno invierno a 25 ºC mirando las estrellas). Pusimos placas solares, pagamos menos de 68€ de luz al mes en una casa así. Todo es automatizado. Instalamos conductos de agua que elimina la cal y un purificador de agua, con motores en toda la casa. Pusimos bastante dinero en el chalet, ahora, merece una barbaridad la pena. El chalet es independiente, está en una urbanización muy tranquilla y llena de zonas verdes para que jueguen tus críos y una piscina comunitaria por si queréis hacer amistades. La gente es muy maja, puedes creerme. Es fabuloso vivir aquí.¿Y por qué te decía que si no dispones de €920.000 no siguieras leyendo?Porque si te da por visitar esta casa, seguro que la quieres comprar.¿Y lo de los amigos?Pues que al poco de llegar hice fiesta con barbacoa y vinieron 18 amigos y 7 niños. Todo el mundo decía: “qué casa más bonita”, “vaya amplia que es”, “que vistas tan increíbles”, “genial hacer una barbacoa con la piscina y con vistas al mar”… y bueno, ya sabes cómo va esto. El ego a veces nos juega malas pasadas y yo decía mucho lo de… “pues es tu casa”, “puedes venir cuando quieras”, cosas que dices para quedar bien pero alguno se lo tomó al pie de la letra y los tenía todos los fines de semana para hacer alguna fiesta con la parrilla. Y me cansé, que no vuelvas. Si eres muy sociable y te encanta tener 20 personas en tu casa todos los sábados, espacio tienes. Preguntas que te estás haciendo¿Si la casa es tan buena, invertiste tanto y es tan increíble, por qué la vendes?Motivos laborales; me voy de España. Pero esta casa en esta tierra, es un paraíso.¿Qué tiene de especial?Todo el mundo piensa que su casa es especial, que es la mejor. Yo no pienso eso. Solo que es una casa fabulosa, grande, luminosa, que te despiertan los pajaritos por la mañana y que desayunar con las vistas que yo desayuno la convierten en un pequeño paraíso en la tierra. Pero como todo en la vida, habrá casas mejores, dependiendo de para quién. Esta, por el precio que tiene, es un lujo. LBB

You also shouldn't keep reading if you don't want to lose any of your friends. I´ll tell you why later.When I saw this house, I didn't like it at all. There were broken windows, the pool with green water and boxes full of dust. It seemed like a dump. Very big, but a dump.I was about to leave, but I went with a friend who said to me:"Isra, come to the terrace".When I went out to the terrace of the living room, I knew that this was going to be my house.Why?Because the views of the Mediterranean and the mountain were sublime.I stayed there a couple of minutes looking, peaceful, listening to the sound of the birds and I imagined myself drinking a beer in the evenings with those views and that wonderful sound thinking: "damn, I have succeeded in life, look what I see, listen what I hear". And I went up to the three rooms. One of them with a terrace with even more spectacular views and a huge bathroom. Then I rediscovered the living room and the terrace, with that light and the kitchen, with a window looking at the green mountain.On the ground floor I discovered a fourth room and bathroom (4 bathrooms, 5 rooms, two kitchens and several terraces, madness), there I saw the second kitchen, summer living room and another immense terrace with a pool and a small plot that I thought: it would be great to have a vegetable garden.Thanks to those views it all started and we bought it.Now the pool is a wonderful heated saltwater pool with a robot that keeps it crystal clear. (I take a bath in the middle of winter at 25ºC looking at the stars).We also put up solar panels, we pay less than 68€ of light per month in a house like this. Everything is automated. We installed water ducts that eliminates all the lime and a water purifier. With motors throughout the house. We left quite a bit of money in the chalet, now... it's worth an awful lot. The chalet is in a very quiet urbanization and full of green areas for your children to play in and a communal pool. People are very nice. It's fabulous to live here.And why did I tell you that if you don't have €950,000 you shouldn't keep reading?Because if you feel like visiting this house, it's sure you'll want to buy it.And what about the friends?Well, shortly after I arrived I had a party. Everyone was saying: "what a beautiful house" "what incredible views", "how great it is to make a barbecue with the pool and with views of the sea" and well, you know how this goes. The ego sometimes plays us bad and I said a lot about:"well, it's your house", "you can come whenever you want", things that are said to be nice but some took it literally and I had them all the weekends to do some barbecue party. And I got tired, don't come back. If you are very sociable and you love to have 20 people in your house, you have space.Questions you're asking yourself- If the house is so good and it has so many details, why are you selling it?For work reasons, I'm leaving Spain. But this house in this land is a paradise.-What makes the house special?Everyone thinks their house is very special, that it is the best. I just that it is a fabulous house, big, bright, that the birds wake you up in the morning and that having breakfast with the views I have for breakfast turns it into a small paradise on earth. But like everything in life, there will be better houses, depending on who. This one, for the price it has, is a luxury. LBB

- Terrace NIEMAND ZOALS ZIJ. WAARDEVOL OM DE BESTE TE ZIJN. VRAAG JE JE AF WAAROM? ISRA VERTELT OVER ZIJN HUIS. Als je geen 920.000 euro hebt, moet je deze advertentie niet blijven lezen. Je moet ook niet blijven lezen als je geen van je vrienden wilt verliezen. Ik zal je later vertellen waarom. Toen ik dit huis zag, vond ik het helemaal niet leuk. Er waren kapotte ramen, het zwembad met groen water en dozen vol stof. Het leek wel een puinhoop. Heel groot, maar een puinhoop. Ik stond op het punt om te vertrekken, maar ik ging met een vriend mee die tegen me zei: "Isra, kom naar het terras". Toen ik naar het terras van de woonkamer ging, wist ik dat dit mijn huis zou worden. Waarom? Omdat het uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee en de bergen subliem was. Ik bleef daar een paar minuten kijken, vredig, luisterend naar het geluid van de vogels en ik stelde me voor dat ik 's avonds een biertje dronk met dat uitzicht en dat prachtige geluid en dacht: "verdomme, ik ben geslaagd in het leven, kijk wat ik zie, luister wat ik hoor". En ik ging naar de drie kamers. Een van hen met een terras met nog spectaculairder uitzichten en een enorme badkamer. Toen herontdekte ik de woonkamer en het terras, met dat licht en de keuken, met een raam dat uitkijkt op de groene berg. Op de begane grond ontdekte ik een vierde kamer en badkamer (4 badkamers, 5 kamers, twee keukens en verschillende terrassen, waanzin), daar zag ik de tweede keuken, zomerwoonkamer en nog een immens terras met een zwembad en een klein perceel waarvan ik dacht: het zou geweldig zijn om een moestuin te hebben. Dankzij die uitzichten is het allemaal begonnen en hebben we het gekocht. Nu is het zwembad een heerlijk verwarmd zoutwaterzwembad met een robot die het kristalhelder houdt. (Ik neem een bad midden in de winter bij 25ºC en kijk naar de sterren). We plaatsen ook zonnepanelen, we betalen minder dan 68€ licht per maand in een huis als dit. Alles is geautomatiseerd. We installeerden waterleidingen die alle kalk verwijderen en een waterzuiveraar. Met motoren door het hele huis. We hebben nogal wat geld in het chalet achtergelaten, nu... Het is ontzettend veel waard. Het chalet ligt in een zeer rustige urbanisatie en vol met groene zones voor uw kinderen om in te spelen en een gemeenschappelijk zwembad. De mensen zijn erg aardig. Het is fantastisch om hier te wonen. En waarom heb ik je verteld dat als je geen €950.000 hebt, je niet verder moet lezen? Want als je zin hebt om dit huis te bezichtigen, weet je zeker dat je het wilt kopen. En hoe zit het met de vrienden? Nou, kort nadat ik aankwam had ik een feestje. Iedereen zei: "wat een mooi huis" "wat een ongelooflijk uitzicht", "wat is het geweldig om een barbecue te maken met het zwembad en met uitzicht op zee" en tja, je weet hoe dit gaat. Het ego speelt ons soms slecht en ik zei veel over: "nou, het is jouw huis", "je kunt komen wanneer je wilt", dingen waarvan wordt gezegd dat ze leuk zijn, maar sommigen namen het letterlijk en ik had ze alle weekenden om een barbecuefeestje te doen. En ik werd moe, kom niet meer terug. Als je erg sociaal bent en je houdt ervan om 20 mensen in je huis te hebben, dan heb je ruimte. Vragen die je jezelf stelt- Als het huis zo goed is en het heeft zoveel details, waarom verkoop je het dan? Om werkredenen verlaat ik Spanje. Maar dit huis in dit land is een paradijs.-Wat maakt het huis bijzonder? Iedereen vindt zijn huis heel bijzonder, dat het het beste is. Ik weet gewoon dat het een fantastisch huis is, groot, helder, dat de vogels je 's ochtends wakker maken en dat ontbijten met het uitzicht dat ik heb voor het ontbijt het een klein paradijs op aarde maakt. Maar zoals alles in het leven, zullen er betere huizen zijn, afhankelijk van wie. Deze is, voor de prijs die hij heeft, een luxe. LBB
