If there is interest, the owner will give all the clarifications. The land is flat and it is not necessary to make landfills IT TOOK FIVE YEARS TO BE APPROVED in the various entities responsible for the approval of the Project.

Boa localização em local tranquilo junto a São João do Estoril. Atualmente em Maio de 2022 esta em revisão o projeto por condicionante Publica tem de ser feito novo projeto, apesar de ter tido projecto aprovado e licença de construção ja caducada, para lar com 43 camas(POSSIBILIDADE DE FICAR COM 76 CAMAS APROVADAS). Tem 23 quartos sendo 18 duplos, 4 singles e 3 ditos de casal mas podem passar a duplos(43 camas - 46 utentes). Tem terreno com 6300m²(Ficou com 4300m² pois foram cedidos cerca de 2000m² para a Camara) e tem aprovado edificio em dois pisos com 2300m 2 de construcção para lar de idosos com 43 camas, sendo que temos 1120m² de area tecnica e 1180m² de area util. Tem parecer favoravel para construcção de mais um piso(Total de 3400m² de construcção) ficando com capacidade para cerca de mais 30 utentes ou seja um TOTAL DE 76 UTENTES. Esta possibilidade de alteração implicava o pagamento de contrapartida financeira há Camara Municipal de Cascais por quem adquirir o terreno. Havendo interesse o propietario dara todos os esclarecimentos. O terreno é plano e não é necessario fazer desaterro DEMOROU CINCO ANOS PARA SER APROVADO nas diversas entidades responsaveis pela aprovação do Projeto.
