The combination of peace, space and natural light immediately stood out, and it has more than lived up to our expectations ever since. What has always stood out to us is how well the house flows. The living spaces feel connected and welcoming, creating a wonderful sense of openness while allowing each room to retain its own character. Whether hosting family and friends or simply enjoying everyday life, the space works effortlessly. The large bifold doors open onto the terrace, seating area and pergola, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that we have particularly enjoyed during the summer months. Over the years we have invested further in the property, including solar panels with battery storage, MVHR, air conditioning and EV charging point. These additions have not only enhanced comfort but have also made the house remarkably economical and efficient to run. We have also taken great pleasure in landscaping the garden. Watching it mature season after season has been incredibly rewarding, and there are now several areas to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings throughout the day. The location offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful setting surrounded by open countryside while remaining close to excellent amenities. We are within easy reach of the coast, with beautiful beaches and coastal walks nearby, as well as three renowned golf courses. The historic town of Sandwich is just a short drive away and offers a wonderful mix of medieval charm, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés. Canterbury is also easily accessible, while HS1 rail services provide fast and convenient connections to London. Above all, what has made living here so special is the welcoming community. The development itself is made up of individually designed homes, giving it real character, and it is surrounded by friendly neighbours who have made this house feel like home from the very beginning.

- Garden Nous avons été attirés par cette maison dès le premier moment où nous l’avons vue. La combinaison de paix, d’espace et de lumière naturelle s’est immédiatement démarquée, et elle a largement été à la hauteur de nos attentes depuis. Ce qui nous a toujours marqués, c’est la fluidité de la maison. Les espaces de vie sont connectés et accueillants, créant un merveilleux sentiment d’ouverture tout en permettant à chaque pièce de conserver son caractère. Qu’il s’agisse d’accueillir la famille et des amis ou simplement de profiter de la vie quotidienne, l’espace s’ouvre sans effort. Les grandes portes pliantes s’ouvrent sur la terrasse, le salon et la pergola, créant une expérience intérieure-extérieure fluide que nous avons particulièrement appréciée pendant les mois d’été. Au fil des années, nous avons encore investi dans la propriété, notamment dans des panneaux solaires avec stockage par batterie, un MVHR, la climatisation et un point de recharge pour VE. Ces ajouts ont non seulement amélioré le confort, mais ont aussi rendu la maison remarquablement économique et efficace à exploiter. Nous avons également pris beaucoup de plaisir à aménager le jardin. Le voir mûrir saison après saison a été incroyablement gratifiant, et il existe désormais plusieurs espaces pour s’asseoir, se détendre et profiter des environs tout au long de la journée. L’emplacement offre le meilleur des deux mondes : un cadre paisible entouré de campagne ouverte tout en restant proche d’excellentes commodités. Nous sommes facilement accessibles à la côte, avec de magnifiques plages et des promenades côtières à proximité, ainsi que trois parcours de golf renommés. La ville historique de Sandwich est à quelques minutes en voiture et offre un merveilleux mélange de charme médiéval, de boutiques indépendantes, de restaurants, de pubs et de cafés. Canterbury est également facilement accessible, tandis que les services ferroviaires HS1 offrent des liaisons rapides et pratiques vers Londres. Par-dessus tout, ce qui rend la vie ici si spéciale, c’est la communauté accueillante. - Garden Siamo stati attratti da questa casa fin dal primo momento in cui l'abbiamo vista. La combinazione di pace, spazio e luce naturale si è subito distinta, e da allora ha più che soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Ciò che ci ha sempre colpito è quanto bene la casa sia fluida. Gli spazi abitativi si sentono connessi e accoglienti, creando una meravigliosa sensazione di apertura e permettendo a ogni stanza di mantenere il proprio carattere. Che si tratti di ospitare famiglia e amici o semplicemente di godersi la vita quotidiana, lo spazio funziona senza sforzo. Le grandi porte a doppio scambio si aprono sulla terrazza, sull'area salotti e sulla pergola, creando un'esperienza fluida tra interno ed esterno che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato durante i mesi estivi. Nel corso degli anni abbiamo investito ulteriormente nella proprietà, inclusi pannelli solari con stoccaggio batterie, MVHR, aria condizionata e punto di ricarica per veicoli elettrici. Queste aggiunte non solo hanno aumentato il comfort, ma hanno anche reso la casa sorprendentemente economica ed efficiente da gestire. Abbiamo anche provato grande piacere nel paesaggistica del giardino. Vederlo maturare stagione dopo stagione è stato incredibilmente gratificante, e ora ci sono diversi spazi dove sedersi, rilassarsi e godersi l'ambiente durante tutta la giornata. La posizione offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi: un ambiente tranquillo circondato da campagna aperta pur mantenendo la vicinanza di eccellenti servizi. Siamo facilmente raggiungibili dalla costa, con bellissime spiagge e passeggiate costiere nelle vicinanze, oltre a tre rinomati campi da golf. La storica città di Sandwich è a pochi minuti di auto e offre un meraviglioso mix di fascino medievale, negozi indipendenti, ristoranti, pub e caffè. Canterbury è anch'essa facilmente raggiungibile, mentre i servizi ferroviari HS1 offrono collegamenti rapidi e comodi con Londra. Soprattutto, ciò che ha reso la vita qui così speciale è la comunità accogliente.
