We reach our property in the majestic Palazzo Bucintoro, directly connected to the illustrious Hotel Excelsior. The location is extraordinary, we can only imagine the luxury of being here at the most important time of the year for the Golden Island, during the Film Festival, and to see the international stars arrive, right from home.Entering the building, which has a concierge, our flat is located amidst a few other mirrored units: we are surprised to hear the gentle sound of the sea that soothes us and seems to transport our thoughts.In front of our gate, before entering the flat, we cross the well-kept garden, for the exclusive use of the property. Once through the entrance, we find everything we need on the floor: a sofa, kitchen top and dining table. What strikes us most of all, however, is the French window, which creates a unique space with the small garden, a place of great intimacy but also open to a precious conviviality with loved ones, by the sea. Going up the stairs, on the first floor we find a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub, as well as the bedroom: here the window that generously illuminates the room opens onto a spectacular view, and our gaze skims over the sea and the characteristic Excelsior huts.The property is completed by a storage room for bicycles and a direct exit to the beach, the most luxurious on the Lido. The communal areas, of a high standard, include showers (useful for returning from the beach), a laundry room and two very large rooms with a sea view, which can be used for studying or working. A special mention for the very large condominium terrace, where we pause to contemplate the most beautiful view of the entire lagoon, 360 degrees, with the Adriatic Sea on one side and the old town on the other. On our way out, we look at the shots and there really isn't much that can be added to talk about this absolutely exclusive property, in the most important building on the island.The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, wir können uns den Luxus nur vorstellen, zur wichtigsten Zeit des Jahres für die Goldene Insel, während des Filmfestivals, hier zu sein und die internationalen Stars ankommen zu sehen, direkt von zu Hause aus.Beim Betreten des Gebäudes, das über einen Concierge verfügt, befindet sich unsere Wohnung inmitten einiger anderer verspiegelter Einheiten: wir sind überrascht, das sanfte Rauschen des Meeres zu hören, das uns beruhigt und unsere Gedanken zu transportieren scheint.Bevor wir die Wohnung betreten, durchqueren wir den gepflegten Garten, der ausschließlich den Eigentümern zur Verfügung steht. Nach dem Eingang finden wir alles, was wir brauchen, auf dem Boden: ein Sofa, eine Küchenplatte und einen Esstisch. Was uns jedoch am meisten auffällt, ist die Fenstertür, die einen einzigartigen Raum mit dem kleinen Garten schafft, einen Ort von großer Intimität, aber auch offen für eine kostbare Geselligkeit mit lieben Menschen am Meer. Wenn man die Treppe hinaufsteigt, findet man im ersten Stock ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie das Schlafzimmer: hier öffnet sich das Fenster, das den Raum großzügig erhellt, auf eine spektakuläre Aussicht, und unser Blick gleitet über das Meer und die charakteristischen Excelsior-Hütten.Ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder und ein direkter Ausgang zum Strand, dem luxuriösesten des Lido, vervollständigen das Angebot. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche, die einen hohen Standard aufweisen, umfassen Duschen (nützlich für die Rückkehr vom Strand), eine Waschküche und zwei sehr große Räume mit Meerblick, die zum Lernen oder Arbeiten genutzt werden können. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient die sehr große Wohnungsterrasse, von der aus man den schönsten Blick auf die gesamte Lagune hat, 360 Grad, mit der Adria auf der einen und der Altstadt auf der anderen Seite. La ubicación es extraordinaria, sólo podemos imaginar el lujo de estar aquí en el momento más importante del año para la Isla Dorada, durante el Festival de Cine, y ver llegar a las estrellas internacionales, directamente desde casa.Al entrar en el edificio, que dispone de conserje, nuestro piso se encuentra en medio de otras pocas unidades espejadas: nos sorprende escuchar el suave sonido del mar que nos tranquiliza y parece transportar nuestros pensamientos.Frente a nuestra puerta, antes de entrar en el piso, atravesamos el cuidado jardín, de uso exclusivo de la propiedad. Una vez atravesada la entrada, encontramos todo lo que necesitamos en el piso: un sofá, una encimera de cocina y una mesa de comedor. Pero lo que más nos llama la atención es la ventana francesa, que crea un espacio único con el pequeño jardín, un lugar de gran intimidad pero también abierto a una preciosa convivencia con los seres queridos, junto al mar. L'emplacement est extraordinaire, nous ne pouvons qu'imaginer le luxe d'être ici au moment le plus important de l'année pour l'Île d'Or, pendant le Festival du film, et de voir arriver les stars internationales, directement de chez nous.En entrant dans l'immeuble, qui dispose d'un concierge, notre appartement est situé au milieu de quelques autres unités en miroir : nous sommes surpris d'entendre le doux bruit de la mer qui nous apaise et semble transporter nos pensées.Devant notre porte, avant d'entrer dans l'appartement, nous traversons le jardin bien entretenu, à l'usage exclusif de la propriété. Une fois l'entrée franchie, nous trouvons sur le sol tout ce dont nous avons besoin : un canapé, un plan de travail et une table à manger. Mais ce qui frappe surtout, c'est la porte-fenêtre, qui crée un espace unique avec le petit jardin, un lieu de grande intimité mais aussi ouvert à une précieuse convivialité avec les proches, au bord de la mer. En montant l'escalier, on trouve au premier étage une salle de bains très spacieuse avec une baignoire, ainsi que la chambre à coucher : ici, la fenêtre qui éclaire généreusement la pièce s'ouvre sur une vue spectaculaire, et notre regard survole la mer et les caractéristiques cabanes Excelsior.La propriété est complétée par un local à vélos et une sortie directe sur la plage, la plus luxueuse du Lido. La location è straordinaria, possiamo solo immaginare il lusso di essere qui nel periodo più importante dell'anno per l’Isola d’Oro, durante la Mostra del Cinema, e di veder approdare le star internazionali, direttamente da casa.Entrando nel palazzo, dotato di portineria, il nostro appartamento si trova collocato in mezzo ad altre poche unità speculari: ci sorprendiamo ad ascoltare il rumore dolce del mare che ci rasserena e sembra trasportare i nostri pensieri.Davanti al nostro cancello, prima di entrare nell'appartamento, attraversiamo il giardinetto curato, ad uso esclusivo della proprietà. Varcato l’ingresso, al piano troviamo tutto l'occorrente: divano, piano cucina e tavolo da pranzo. Ci colpisce però soprattutto la porta finestra, in grado di creare uno spazio unico con il giardinetto, un luogo di grande intimità ma anche aperto ad una preziosa convivialità con le persone care, in riva al mare. Salendo le scale, al primo piano troviamo un bagno molto spazioso e dotato di vasca da bagno, oltre alla camera da letto: qui la finestra che illumina generosamente la stanza si spalanca su una vista spettacolare, e il nostro sguardo sfiora il mare e le caratteristiche capanne dell'Excelsior.Completano la proprietà il magazzino per le bici e l'uscita diretta sulla spiaggia, la più lussuosa del Lido.
