Op deze verdieping hebben we een eerste ruime kamer die werd gebruikt als naaikamer maar gemakkelijk kan dienstdoen als slaapkamer en tevens toegang geeft tot een terras. Naast deze kamer hebben we de volgende ruime kamer die als zithoek werd gebruikt. Verder door in de hal hebben we nog twee slaapkamers met ieder een en-suite badkamer volledig bekleed met marmer en voorzien van een bad, toilet, bidet en wastafel. En dan hebben we nog de laatste deur op deze verdieping. Deze brengt ons naar de “zolderverdieping”. Via de marmeren trap komen we op de hoogste verdieping.
