Located on the third (top) floor of this building, as we enter the apartment first we find a spacious hallway, to the left is the kitchen-dining room and at the end there is a laundry room, with the gas hot water heater. The hallway has a large wardrobe and then we come to the large lounge-dining room with the terrace facing West, with sea views.. From the lounge a passageway takes us through to the bedrooms, we have 2 cream rooms one to the right and one to the left, the last one has a fitted wardrobe, following the passageway at the end there is a guest toilet between the 2 blue bedrooms, again one to the left & one to right, each with fitted wardrobes, and also on the right between the cream & blue bedrooms we find the bathroom. These apartments were built in 1983 and it is easy to see how the partition walls can be taken out to make bigger rooms or a more open plan layout, if you were interested in doing a full renovation and remodel. There are shops, bars, restaurants, parks, children’s play parks, schools, chemists etc, and plenty of street parking all in the vicinity of the block. Ubicado en la tercera (última) planta de este edificio, al entrar en el apartamento, primero encontramos un amplio vestíbulo, a la izquierda está la cocina-comedor y al final hay un lavadero, con el calentador de agua a gas. El vestíbulo tiene un gran armario y luego llegamos al espacioso salón-comedor con terraza orientada al Oeste, y vistas al mar. Desde el salón un pasillo nos lleva a los dormitorios, tenemos 2 habitaciones color crema una a la derecha y otra a la izquierda, la última tiene armario empotrado, siguiendo el pasillo al final hay un aseo de invitados entre los 2 dormitorios azules, nuevamente uno a la izquierda y otro a la derecha, cada uno con armarios empotrados, y también a la derecha entre los dormitorios color crema y azul encontramos el baño. Estos apartamentos se construyeron en 1983 y si estuviera interesado en hacer una renovación y remodelación completa, es fácil ver cómo se pueden quitar los tabiques para hacer habitaciones más grandes o un diseño más abierto. Hay tiendas, bares, restaurantes, parques, parques infantiles, escuelas, farmacias, etc., y mucho sitio para aparcar en las calles en las proximidades del bloque.
