The house (approx. 200 m²) comprises the entrance hall, toilet, kitchen, pantry, technology/laundry room, living room and on the 1st floor a bathroom (replaced in 2022), 3 bedrooms, storage space and from the landing access via the loft ladder to an attic floor with an infrared sauna.

Hangar and swimming pool
The huge hangar (200 m2) has a play and living area with wood-burning stove, a large outdoor kitchen and terrace. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with an artisanal pizza oven, wine refrigerators, 6-burner cooker, sinks and a fridge-freezer. There are 36 solar panels on the roof of the hangar, generating annual income.The centrally located staircase in the hangar leads to the upper saltwater pool.
