There's a fully equipped kitchen for a large group. The top floor has a brand new king size ensuite bedroom. With all the other bedrooms on the first floor and a communal bathroom. There's a nice outdoor dining space where it is permitted to smoke.The house is located in New Cross which is just 20 mins on bus from the tourist hotspot of Greenwich or 5 mins drive. The O2 Arena is just 30 mins away via public transport.One of the world's coolest high streets in the world (according to Time Out) is Deptford high street and only 15 mins walk with weekly markets, vintage shops, cafes, swimming pools/softplay, library, local theatre and restaurants. Closer to home; there is a convenience store just around the corner. There's a KFC a couple of minutes away which is across the road from a Columbian breakfast café which offers traditional English Breakfasts too! The other side of the main road is the charming local pub, The Black Horse which does some excellent sourdough pizzas..
