From the parking space in the underground garage you can take the elevator to the apartment on the 1st floor. A communally usable beautifully planted green area with a small playground is right outside the front door. 5 minutes walk away is a beautiful, large park, the Bunte Garten. An Edeka and two bakeries are within walking distance. To Düsseldorf or to Roermond you drive about 30 minutes each. If you do not need the small room with the single bed, the warm rent is reduced to 2000.- Euro.
