Hello everyone, Due to a trip abroad, I am looking for an interim tenant for my beautiful old flat in the heart of Altona (shopping facilities are only 200 metres away, Schanze, Ottensen and Kiez are within walking distance) in a quiet side street. Interim rental available from the beginning/mid-November until approx. the end of August 2025. The flat is rented fully furnished. It is an old building with high ceilings and floorboards. It consists of a bedroom, a living room (connecting room between bedroom and hallway), a separate kitchen and a bathroom. There is no balcony, but the way out is short as the flat is on the 1st floor. Total cost of the flat including utilities and running costs: 950-1050 euros. Please contact me if you are interested. Zwischenmietung gerne ab Anfang/ Mitte November bis ca. Ende August 2025. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Sie ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer zwischen Schlafzimmer und Flur) einer separaten Küche und einem Badezimmer. Es gibt keinen Balkon, aber der Weg nach draußen ist kurz, da die Wohnung im 1. Stock liegt. Gesamtkosten der Wohnung inklusive Neben- und Betriebskosten: 950 Euro.
