We look forward to welcoming you to our Mas Provençal, a former provost's residence, in a peaceful setting in a small village between Avignon and Carpentras. Close to all amenities, ideally situated for visiting Provence! We live on the property and will be delighted to welcome you, advise you and help you make the most of your holiday. The accommodation 75m² self-contained flat in an 18th-century farmhouse with landscaped garden and swimming pool. Renovated in 2021, the loft-style flat comprises a single large room with air conditioning. Ideal for a couple, but also suitable for a family with 2 young children. On the first floor, there is a living and dining area with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine with a 160 cm bed, as is the bathroom with bath and toilet. Secure private parking for 1 vehicle. Traveller access All outdoor areas are shared between the owners and travellers from the different rental areas. Access to the 6,000m² grounds and the secure 4x8 m swimming pool. The vast grounds offer a variety of places to relax and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the countryside, to share meals and moments of relaxation, but also facilities for outdoor entertainment (petanque pitch, volleyball-badminton, table tennis, table football). On the estate, we have a wellness area with jacuzzi available on reservation - massage services can also be booked. (For jacuzzi and massage prices, please contact us). We have all the facilities needed to welcome groups of cyclists, for those looking for a thrill as well as those wishing to discover the region in a different way. To do this, we have developed partnerships with the best bike hire agencies, who will offer you the equipment, routes and turnkey solutions best suited to your profile and your desires. Leisure activities : Amusement park (Parc Spirou), water park (Wave Island), Lake Monteux (inflatable structures and pedal boats) as well as numerous fun activities and educational farms are all accessible just a few minutes from our Domaine. Come and discover the authentic charm of Provence: 20 minutes by car (20 km), the city of Avignon, and its Festival in July. L'Isle sur Sorgues, the Venice of Comtadine, is a village that lives to the rhythm of its river, where a superb outdoor market takes place every Sunday morning. It's also Europe's third-largest town for second-hand goods. 40 minutes (40 km) away is the Pont du Gard, a masterpiece of ancient architecture. 45 minutes (40 km) away is Mont Ventoux, the symbol of Provence. And if you fancy a beach break, Marseille and its many beaches (calanques de Cassis) are just 1 hour away.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre Mas Provençal, ancienne prévôté, au calme, dans un petit village situé entre Avignon et Carpentras. Proche de toutes commodités, idéalement situé pour visiter la Provence ! Nous vivons sur la propriété et nous ferons un plaisir de vous accueillir, vous conseiller et vous accompagner afin de préparer au mieux votre séjour de vacances. Le logement Appartement indépendant de 75m² au sein d'un mas du XVIIIe siècle avec jardin paysager et piscine. Rénové en 2021, l'appartement, de type loft, comprend une grande pièce unique entièrement climatisée. Logement idéal pour un couple, mais peut convenir à une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants. Au premier étage, espace salon et salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée. L’espace couchage se trouve en mezzanine avec un lit en 160 cm, ainsi que la salle de bain équipée d'une baignoire et de toilettes. Un parking privé sécurisé pour 1 véhicule. Accès des voyageurs Tous les espaces extérieurs sont partagés entre les propriétaires et les voyageurs des différentes parties locatives. Accès au parc de 6000m², à la piscine 4x8 m sécurisée. Le vaste parc offre des espaces variés pour se détendre et se ressourcer en profitant du calme de la campagne, partager repas et moments de détente, mais également des équipements pour pouvoir se divertir en plein air (terrain de pétanque, volley-badminton, table de ping-pong, babyfoot). Nous disposons sur le domaine d’un espace bien-être avec jacuzzi disponible sur réservation - possibilité de réserver une prestation de massage. (pour les tarifs jacuzzi et massage nous consulter) Nous disposons de tous les équipements nécessaires pour accueillir des groupes de cyclistes, pour ceux qui recherchent des sensations fortes comme ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région autrement. Pour cela nous avons développé des partenariats avec les meilleures agences de location de vélos, qui vous proposeront les équipements, itinéraires et solutions clés en mains les plus adaptés à votre profil et à vos envies. Loisirs : Parc d’attraction (Parc Spirou), parc aquatique (Wave Island), lac de Monteux (structures gonflables et pédalos) ainsi que de nombreuses activités ludiques et fermes pédagogiques sont accessibles à quelques minutes de notre Domaine.
