We offer - for first occupancy - a furnished apartment in Overath - 5 minutes walk to the train station - in 30 minutes in Cologne Deutz. The apartment is fully furnished - we provide bedding, towels and necessary utensils for the bathroom. On request we also offer the exchange of towels and bed linen. (extra costs) If you have any questions or requests, please contact us. The apartment is finished, but is still being furnished, so pictures will follow. A viewing is possible on request. Use of the terrace is possible by prior arrangement. The garden is shared by the owners - some children playing in the garden!

Wir bieten - zum Erstbezug - eine möblierte Wohnung in Overath -5 Laufminuten zum Bahnhof - in 30 Minuten in Köln Deutz. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet - wir bieten Bettzeug, Handtücher und notwendige Utensilien für das Bad. Auf Wunsch bieten wir auch den Austausch von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche an. (Extra Kosten) Bei Fragen oder Wünschen einfach melden. Die Wohnung ist fertig, wird aber gerade noch eingerichtet, Bilder folgen daher. Eine Besichtigung ist auf Wunsch möglich. Terassenbenutzung nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Der Garten wird von den Eigentümern mitbenutzt - teilweise spielende Kinder im Garten!
