The newly furnished 2-room apartment looks forward to welcoming you as a tenant and has all the furnishings you won't miss in your home. The bedroom has a home theater TV including Netflix, Disney + and Prime (very fast internet 250 mbit) You can comfortably end the evening with a nice film/series from the double bed. You can sleep very well on the EMA mattress (Stiftungs Warentest very good). You also have a workstation in the bedroom. The living room impresses with its large window front and view of the garden as well as access to your own balcony. There is also a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. It is suitable for visitors and a maximum of 2 people. The open kitchen can be reached via the living room and has everything you need for cooking. Here you also have a beautiful view of the inner courtyard. The dryer and washing machine are in the basement. Location: The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Cologne-Mülheim S-Bahn station and 4 minutes from the Wienerplatz tram. All everyday necessities are also within a 2-minute walk (REWE, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors and much more). A beautiful park is just a 4-minute walk from the apartment and is ideal for taking a stroll. If two persönlich want to rent the flat, the rent increase 60 €, because of the due, among other things, to additional costs. Es eignet sich für Besuch und max. 2 Personen. Die offene Küche ist über das Wohnzimmer zu erreichen und verfügt über alles was ihr zum Kochen benötigt. Hier habt ihr auch einen schönen Blick in den Innenhof. Im Keller befindet sich der Trockner sowie Waschmaschine. Lage: Das Apartment befindet sich 2 min. fußläufig zum S-Bahnhof Köln-Mülheim und 4 min zur Straßenbahn Wienerplatz entfernt.
