Right in the middle and still quiet! Hello, I'm working in the south of Germany for a few months and would like to offer my apartment and home for interim rent. The apartment has a great layout, is fully furnished, has very high quality equipment and has a large terrace. You can look out into the countryside from every window and you’ll have a perfect retreat (with only nice neighbors), but you can also be in urban life in 2 minutes. Edeka, DM, bakers and everything else you need for life can be found just around the corner on Eppendorfer Landstrasse. You can reach a park in 5 minutes, the Outer Alster in 15 minutes and you can get in all directions by bus and train, which can be reached on foot in 2-5 minutes. Man schaut aus jedem Fenster ins Grüne und hat einen perfekten Rückzugsort (mit nur netten Nachbarn), ist aber auch in 2 Minuten im urbanen Leben. Edeka, DM, Bäcker und was man sonst noch fürs Leben braucht findet man in der Eppendorfer Landstraße gleich um die Ecke. Man ist in 5 Minuten im angrenzenden Haynspark, in 15 Minuten an der Außenalster und mit Bus und Bahn, die man fußläufig in 2-5 Minuten erreicht, kommt man in alle Richtungen.
