Spacious and bright 2-room apartment on St. Pauli - 150 meters from Park Fiction with its wonderful panoramic view of the Elbe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a comprehensively renovated old building with a small balcony and an unobstructed view of the Elbe and a view of the greenery from the living and dining room. The renovation of the apartment was completed this year – this is the first occupancy. The living space is 74 square meters. It consists of living and dining room with an old tiled stove, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet as well as a spacious kitchen with storage room. The entire apartment is fully equipped. For example, there is a 50" Smart TV with satellite connection and a sofa bed available. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and oven as well as an extractor hood, dishwasher and a combination device for washing and drying. Eating and cooking utensils as well as various small appliances are provided. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200). The following linen is provided: duvets, bed linen, towels and pillows. The furnished apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. It is not suitable for a shared apartment. Pets are not allowed. The rent already includes the following costs: heating/gas flat rate, water advance payment, electricity advance payment. You have to pay the broadcasting fee yourself. Sie besteht aus Wohn- und Esszimmer mit altem Kachelofen, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und separatem WC und einer großzügigen Küche mit Abstellraum. Die gesamte Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet. Zur Verfügung stehen z.B. ein 50" Smart TV mit Satellitenanschluss und ein Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und Backofen sowie einem Dunstabzug, Spulmaschine und einem Kombigerät zum Waschen und Trocknen. Ess- und Kochgeschirr sowie diverse Kleingeräte werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (180x200). Folgende Wäsche wird zur Verfügung gestellt: Bettdecken, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Kissen. Die möblierte Wohnung ist für maximal 2 Personen geeignet. Sie ist nicht geeignet für eine Wohngemeinschaft. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
