A beautiful half-timbered house in historic Lollfuß at the entrance to the pedestrian zone. The house is 105 square meters and is divided into three floors. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the Schlei and the harbor are all nearby and within walking distance. Ein schönes Fachwerkhaus im historischen Lollfuß am Eingang der Fußgängerzone. Das Haus ist 105 qm gross und teilt sich in drei Stockwerke auf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Schlei und der Hafen ist alles in der Nähe und fussläufig erreichbar. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete moderne Küche und ein Ess- bzw. Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch und Fernseher. Dort befindet sich auch ein Gästebad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Über eine Treppe gelangt man ins erste Stockwerk, wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Doppelbett und das Hauptbad befinden. Im zweiten OG befindet sich ein weiterer heller schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Sofa und Sitzecke und dort ist auch über eine Balkontür die Dachterasse zu erreichen, die einen schönen Blick über den Ort bietet. Hier ist eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit gegeben. Zudem gibt es noch ein Zimmer unter dem Dach, wo eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit besteht.
