Access is via a private road (dead end) to access a small, very secure 6-story building with a double digital code with an interior badge reader and a digital code with an exterior badge reader on the street side. (Three secure doors in total) Looking at the front of the building, the apartment is located on the right on the 4th floor. An elevator provides access to the different floors. The bedroom and living room are separate and another bed can be made on the convertible sofa with a 16 cm thick mattress, high resilience polyurethane foam density 28/30 kg, present in the living room. Internet access included is connected to SFR fiber. Everything you need is present in the kitchen. A kettle is present as well as a toaster. Two coffee machines, one Nespresso and the traditional coffee machine. Fridge and freezer are separate. The microwave also serves as an oven. The washing machine is built into the fitted kitchen. A vacuum cleaner is also provided. Two televisions are present, one 42 cm JVC brand in the living room and a second in the bedroom 40 cm JVC brand. Both are connected to many free channels and are connected televisions (smart TV) to receive Netflix, Amazon Prime etc with your codes (these subscriptions are not included) Access to the nearest metros. L Étoile and Les Ternes The area is lively with brasseries, stores such as Décathlon, Darty, Fnac, Monoprix and the famous Les Ternes district with its Poncelet market. A convertible sofa is present in the living room to allow one or two more beds. The room is independent. Parc Monceau is a 5 m walk away. L accès se fait par une voie privée ( impasse ) pour accéder dans un petit immeuble de 6 étages très sécurisé avec double digicode avec lecteur de badge intérieur et un digicode avec lecteur de badge extérieur côté rue. ( Trois portes sécurisées au total ) En regardant la façade de l'immeuble, l'appartement est situé à droite au 4 ème étage. Un ascenseur permet d accéder aux différents étages. La chambre et le salon sont séparés et un autre couchage peut se faire sur le canapé convertible avec un matelas 16 cm d'épaisseur, mousse polyuréthane haute résilience densité 28/30 kg, présent dans le salon. L'accès internet compris est relié à la fibre SFR. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans la cuisine. Une bouilloire est présente ainsi qu'un grille pain. Deux machines à café, l'une Nespresso et la machine à café traditionnelle. Frigo et congélateur sont séparés. Le micro onde fait également office de four. La machine à laver est encastrée dans la cuisine équipée. Un aspirateur est également fourni. Deux téléviseurs sont présents, l'un de 42 cm de marque JVC dans le salon et un second dans la chambre de 40 cm de marque JVC.
