The location is very good and quiet: In 3 minutes at the tram stop and in 15 minutes by train to the center and the old town. In just 4 km to the trade fair or university. You can start your day with a coffee or a tea and enjoy all the beautiful amenities and the beautiful river view. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything you need.
