The mezzanine apartment can be entered without a key using the access app. First you come into the inviting hallway, from which all rooms can be reached. The bedroom floors are covered in gray laminate and the bathrooms and kitchen are covered in anthracite-colored tiles. A small laundry room with washing machine and men's toilet is located right next to the apartment entrance. Die Hochparterre-Wohnung ist mittels Zugangsapp schlüssel los zu betreten. Zunächst kommen Sie in den einladenden Flur, von dem alle Räume zu erreichen sind. Die Räume werden durch die Fußbodenheizung angenehm geheizt und durch Funkthermostate in den Räumen gesteuert. Durch die funktional eingerichtete Küche erreichen sie einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne für den morgendlichen Kaffee. Der Wohn und Essbereich ist mit Parkettboden versehen. Ein Holzofen bietet hier die Möglichkeit, vor einem angenehmen Kaminfeuer kuschelige Abende zu verbringen. Der riesige Garten ist über eine Terrassentür im Wohnzimmer zu erreichen.
