Zudem gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Radio. Ein angrenzendes Bad mit Fenster, in dem es eine Dusche gibt. Des Weiteren bietet diese Wohnung auch einen Wintergarten/Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Vorgarten mit Tisch und vier Stühle und einen Eingangsbereich mit Sitz und Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Das Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und die Küche sind mit Holzdielen belegt. Die Küche und Schlafzimmer sind versehen mit sichtbaren Balken. Der andere Teil des Hauses bleibt geschlossen.
