Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich des Apartments erstreckt sich auf ca. 35-40 Quadratmeter und ist hoteladäquat modern möbliert. Vor kurzem wurden die Bäder sowie die Küchen renoviert und modernisiert. Außerdem sind für die heißen Sommermonate neue Klimaanlagen installiert worden Wichtig: Die Preise variieren je nach Größe und Lage des Apartments. Das möblierte Apartment wird zu einem Pauschalpreis vermietet, in dem alle Nebenkosten, inklusive Strom, Internet, Heizung, Warmwasser (außer der Klimaanlage) enthalten sind. Ausstattung Das Apartment ist ausgestattet mit einem Duschbad und einer Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, einem Induktionsherd mit mind. zwei Feldern und einer Mikrowelle, inklusive aller notwendigen Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.
