This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located right next to the city center of Vienna, the 1st district. The apartment offers a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom with flush fitting shower. The apartment is located on two floors, connected with a spiral stair which creates a unique atmosphere. Furniture and material that are used meet highest demands – from boxspring beds with two different tempers up to design armchairs or handpicked art. Further it offers free high speed internet (Wi-Fi), an iPhone docking station and LED-TVs with cable TV in the bedroom and the living room. A desk is in the apartment too. Fresh towels, bath towels, bath mat and linen are provided. You will find cleaning equipment in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The house has an intercom system and an easily accessible garbage room. At the end of the alley is the Belvederepark, which is ideal for walking and jogging as well as for visiting the various exhibitions in the upper and lower Belvedere building and the 21er Haus. The Stadtpark is just a few minutes’ walk away. The long shopping street Kärntnerstraße as well as Karlsplatz with the Karlskirche are within walking distance too. The apartment is close to all the sights of the 1st district such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Spanish Horse Riding School, the Heroes’ Square and many, many more. Some of the best restaurants in Vienna and many small local restaurants and shopping are nearby. Music lovers can enjoy numerous concerts in the ORF-Funkhaus or the Musikverein, both of which are not far from the apartment.
