ABOUT US: We are specialized in "temporary furnished living". We offer our guests a feeling of home combined with a warm welcome culture - with various services on request. LOCATION: The house is located in a central, quiet location on the outskirts of the old town with a view of Bamberg Cathedral. A few steps away, the mountain slopes of the Altenburg await you with fantastic nature and a dream view of Bamberg. The city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The stop of the city bus is located a few steps away. There is a good transport connection to the A73 as well as to all feeder roads. FACILITIES: A refurbished old town house for sole use on 2 floors with approx. 47 sqm living space + outdoor seating in the courtyard awaits you. On the courtyard level first floor there is a checkroom separated from the living room. The adjoining open living/dining area with living area, TV and new, high-quality and fully equipped kitchenette invites you to linger. On the upper floor is the newly renovated bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. Also on the upper floor is the bedroom with large double bed (180x200). Equipment details: GROUND FLOOR - Separate wardrobe - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 4-burner hob, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, extractor fan, ... - Living/sleeping couch with bed surface 140x200 - dining area with table and 2 chairs - Cable TV with flat screen TV - Open staircase to the upper floor UPPER FLOOR - Newly renovated bathroom with bathtub as well as integrated shower and own washing machine. Hairdryer and towels are also provided for you. - Separate bedroom with double bed (180x200) incl. bed linen as well as view of the Bamberg Cathedral.
