This apartment has recently been refurnished on a grand scale and awaits youa fresh & modern design and offers space for 6 guests. An 80 square meter old building apartment awaits you with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, a sofa bed, bathroom, living room and kitchen. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and all the nice ones Enjoy the amenities of this apartment. The kitchen offers you everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or a delicious dinner. It has an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. On the kitchen island you can prepare meals with friends or family and then enjoy the creations together. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa and an armchair where you can relax and watch your favorite films on the 40" Smart TV to end the day. The bedrooms offer comfortable 1.80m wide double beds. One bedroom is equipped with a workstation where you can also work remotely. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo available. Parking situation: You can park for free on the side of the road from 7 p.m. From 8 a.m. you can stay on the street with a parking meter for a maximum of 2 hours. There is a parking garage directly at the hospital where you can park during the day with a maximum daily rate of €10. Electric vehicles can charge for free in the parking garage. The location is very good: The apartment is 200m from the main entrance of the Carl Thiem Clinic and an 8-minute walk to the train station. The nearest bus stop is 150m away and the tram stop is 450m away, which takes you directly to the city center.

Du kannst deinen Tag mit einem NESPRESSO-Kaffee beginnen und all die schönen Annehmlichkeiten dieser Wohnung genießen. Die Küche bietet dir alles was du brauchst , um dir ein leckeres Frühstück bis hin zu einem deliziösen Abendessen zu zu bereiten. Sie verfügt über ein Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Auf der Kücheninsel kannst du mit Freunden oder Familie zusammen die Speisen zubereiten und dann gesellig beisammen von den Kreationen geniessen. Im Wohnzimmer findest du ein grosses Ecksofa und einem Sessel auf dem du entspannt deine Lieblingsfilme auf dem 40" Smart TV schauen kannst, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Schlafzimmer bieten dir gemütliche 1,80m breite Doppelbetten. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Arbeitsplatz ausgestattet, an dem du auch remote arbeiten kannst. Parkplatzsituation: In dem Kwartier kannst du ab 19 Uhr gratis am Strassenrand parken. Ab 8Uhr morgens darfst du mit Parkuhr maximal 2 Stunden auf der Strasse stehen bleiben. Direkt am Krankenhaus befindet sich ein Parkhaus, indem du tagsüber mit einem maximalen Tagessatz von 10€ parken kannst. In dem Parkhaus können Elektrofahrzeuge gratis laden. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Die Wohnung liegt 200m vom Haupteingang des Carl- Thiem- Klinikums entfernt sowie 8 min fussläufig zum Bahnhof. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 150m entfernt und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle 450m, die dich direkt in die Innenstadt bringt.
