The former sandstone barn was converted into four apartments on four floors 25 years ago. The historical core of the Pleikartsförterhof is a largely closed complex of several independent farmsteads grouped around a central square with a fountain. The only access route is the Oftersheimer Weg, which runs along the hamlet to the north. Facilities The apartment is located on the 3rd floor A spacious staircase in rural style leads up to a small hallway, where the living area is on the right and the bathroom on the left. It is a one room studio with sloping walls and wooden beams up to the gable which gives a great sense of space. On two sides, many skylights offer views into the courtyard and the neighbouring riding school, the garden and far out into the fields and orchards. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are together on 31 sqm and the separate bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are accessible via the small corridor. The small kitchen has a two plate stove, refrigerator and is equipped with dishes and cutlery. A comfortable sofa corner with TV invites you to relax. All floors in the attic have a warming cork floor. The bed measures 1.40 wide by 2.0 m length. Shopping facilities are available in Kirchheim and Pfaffengrund, there is a tennis court nearby and a Greek tavern at the allotment gardeners. Den historischen Kern des Pleikartsförterhofes bildet eine weitgehend geschlossene Anlage aus mehreren, eigenständigen Gehöften, die sich um einen zentralen Platz mit einem Brunnen gruppieren. OG Über ein geräumiges Treppenhaus im ländlichen Stil kommt man nach oben in einen kleinen Flur, wo es rechts in den Wohnbereich und links in das Bad geht. Es ist ein ein Raum Studio mit schrägen Wänden und Holzbalken bis in den Giebel das ein großes Raumgefühl gibt. Zu zwei Seiten bieten viele Dachfenster blicke in den Innenhof und auf den benachbarten Reiterhof, den Garten bis weit hinaus in die Felder und Obstwiesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Kirchheim und Pfaffengrund erreichbar, ganz in der nähe befindet sich ein Tennisplatz und bei den Kleingärtnern eine Griechische Taverne.
