New two-room apartment with a great terrace over the roofs of Heidelberg and a fantastic view of the castle and Neckar. Furnishing: The apartment has a large living and dining area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful roof terrace with partial views of the Neckar and the castle (see pictures). The sleeping options are divided into a French double bed (1.40 m) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. If necessary, a cot and a child seat can be provided. Bed linen is provided once per stay. The beautiful terrace with a wonderful view allows a view of the castle and Neckar and invites you to relax in the evenings with a wonderful sunset. Here you will find a small table for dining, a sun lounger and two lounge chairs with cushions to relax. Location: The apartment is on the top floor of a renovated old building from the turn of the century in the city center of Heidelberg (Bergheim). Climbing stairs is required as the house does not have an elevator. The new, bright and modern bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine. Towels are provided once per stay. In the bright and modern living and dining area you will find a large dining table with four chairs, a large flat screen with a variety of programs (Astra), a sofa bed with a coffee table and the somewhat separated kitchen. The modern kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. You will also find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Hier finden Sie einen kleinen Tisch zum Essen, einen Sonnenliege sowie zwei Lounge-Stühle mit Kissen zum Entspannen. Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines sanierten Altbaus aus der Jahrhundertwende im Stadtkern von Heidelberg (Bergheim). Treppensteigen ist erforderlich, da das Haus nicht über einen Fahrstuhl verfügt. Das neue, helle und moderne Bad verfügt über verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken sowie eine Waschmaschine. Handtücher werden einmalig pro Aufenthalt gestellt.
