The bright and very modern furnished apartment is ideal for short and long-term renters. Ideal for company employees whose workplace is located in the Frankfurt area. You live on a total of 75 square meters with 10 sqaure meters of a terrace , divided into a bedroom / living room with its own kitchenette and a large bathroom. The apartment is of course furnished ready to move in, so you only need to bring your own suitcase. In the kitchen you will already find all the utensils of daily use such as, among other things, a microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and so on. The cozy box spring bed offers enough space for up to two people. Free wi-fi access and smart TV are of course included free of charge. The location is also very good! From here you can watch storks directly on the renaturalized riverside paths of the Nidda, ride a bike, jog or drink a cold beer at the golf club on the wonderful terrace. In the middle of Gronau is the Weinhaus Hamm, which offers a selected assortment of national and international wines and delicacies. Pizzeria and inn are within walking distance. The organic farm "Dottenfelderhof" (1.5 km away) offers shopping facilities of production (bread and cheese dairy), Bad Vilbel has, among others, a large Teegut, Lidl, Penny , Pharmacy and doctors. Bad Vilbel offers a lot of variety in the summer months with its cafes and the performances of the castle festival in the moated castle. Citylife is also possible with the S-Bahn (in 25 minutes) through the direct connection to the Frankfurt main station or the Frankfurt fair. Walking time to the station is about 10 minutes.
