Welcome to our bright and spacious vacation apartment in Aldingen. This fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment with its own entrance offers the perfect retreat for your stay. The living area is approximately 81m², and you can enjoy the 19m² terrace with garden access and a children's playhouse. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-family residential building, built in 2004. It boasts brightness and comes fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen. The apartment is available for rent from July 1st, 2023. With underfloor heating throughout, the entire apartment provides a comfortable living environment. An interior shower room (without a window) with a washer-dryer is available. Access to the terrace can be found from the kitchen and living room. You are welcome to use the shared garden, including the children's playhouse. The rent includes all costs such as heating, water, sewage, and waste fees. Cable TV is also provided. Willkommen in unserer hellen und geräumigen Business-/Ferienwohnung in Aldingen. Diese voll möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit eigenem Zugang bietet Ihnen den idealen Rückzugsort für Ihren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 77m² und Sie können die ca. 21m² große Terrasse mit angrenzendem Garten nutzen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ebenerdigen Hanggeschoss eines 3-Familien-Wohnhauses, Baujahr 2004. Sie besticht durch ihre Helligkeit und wird komplett möbliert inklusive einer Einbauküche vermietet. Mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, bietet die gesamte Wohnung ein angenehmes Wohnklima. Auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad bleibt es in der Wohnung auch ohne Klimaanlage immer angenehm kühl (ca. 22 Grad). Der Zugang zur Terrasse ist sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Sie können den Garten nutzen. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Kosten wie Heizung, Wasser, Abwasser und Müllgebühren.
