The building acquired its final and current form around 1935 ( needs to be tottaly renovated ), with a clear wards structure, as it has been historically established, in reference to the contemporary sanatoria [Casimir Tollet: Les hopitaux moderns au XiX siecle, Paris 1894].
The planning permission goes up to 12.867 sq. m. whereas the existing building covers an area of 2.056 sq. m., according to the complete Measured Survey that includes a historical documentation, a technical report, photographic documentation and survey drawings.
