Holiday home for a small family or couple/friends in beautiful Hällevik. Perfect location for watching a Swedish national football match at Strandvallen or enjoying other sports and music events in the area during the summer. Also very close to one of Blekinge's most beautiful beaches. The home is located on shared property but separated from the owner, however, it may be that the outdoor environment is shared with guests in the apartment next door. Both apartments can of course be booked if more beds are needed, see 63790. Practical and very tastefully decorated room with a double bed. Plenty of space for a travel cot for babies if desired. There is a fold-down dining table with space for at least 2 people. A high chair can be borrowed from the owner on request. The kitchen area is equipped with an Airfryer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking. Seating on the large stone-paved courtyard can also be used for shared moments by all guests. Sun loungers and relaxing sunbeds are available during the relevant part of the year. Other activities on the property such as a boules court and a hot tub for cooling or hot baths can be booked directly from the owner on site. A short walk from the house is Hälleviksbadet with 3 tempered outdoor pools and a water slide open during the summer. Several restaurants are within walking distance both in connection with the pool, Hälleviks strandbad and in Nogersund with varying opening hours during the year. A day trip with the boat service to Hanö is also recommended, as is a shopping trip to the small town idyll of Sölvesborg with Europe's longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Ljungaviken. Das Häuschen befindet sich auf einem gemeinschaftlich genutzten Privatgrundstück, ist aber vom zweiten Haus des Eigentümers getrennt. Es kann jedoch vorkommen, dass der Außenbereich mit Gästen der Nachbarwohnung geteilt wird. Beide Wohnungen können selbstverständlich gebucht werden, falls mehr Betten benötigt werden (siehe 63791). Praktisches und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Bei Bedarf ist ausreichend Platz für ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder vorhanden. Ein Klapptisch mit Platz für mindestens zwei Personen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Kinderstuhl kann auf Anfrage beim Eigentümer ausgeliehen werden. Die Küche ist mit Heißluftfritteuse, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht für Grillabende im Freien zur Verfügung. Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten im großen, gepflasterten Innenhof laden zum Verweilen ein. Sonnenliegen und ein Whirlpool sind je nach Jahreszeit verfügbar. Weitere Aktivitäten auf dem Grundstück, wie z. B. Boulebana und Whirlpool, können direkt beim Eigentümer vor Ort gebucht werden. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt befindet sich das Hälleviksbadet mit drei temperierten Außenpools und einer Wasserrutsche, die im Sommer geöffnet ist. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, sowohl in der Nähe des Schwimmbads als auch am Strand von Hällevik und in Nogersund, mit je nach Jahreszeit variierenden Öffnungszeiten. Ein Tagesausflug mit der Fähre nach Hanö ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, ebenso wie ein Einkaufsbummel in das idyllische Städtchen Sölvesborg mit Europas längster Fußgänger- und Fahrradbrücke über den Ljungaviken.
