This detached holiday home is located in the small-scale holiday park Reevallis, in the beautiful hilly landscape of South Limburg, on the edge of the village of Vijlen. It is located at 8 km from the Tripoint in Vaals. Maastricht (25 km) and Valkenburg (17 km) are easily accessible. The holiday home is neatly and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV and an open-plan kitchen with, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and in the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be set up as a double. There's a separate toilet on the landing. Enjoy time outdoors in the garden furnished with terrace and garden furniture. There is an indoor storage room (not suitable for bicycles) and parking for one car next to the holiday home. There are also central parking spaces at the holiday park. Bis zum Dreiländereck in Vaals sind es 8 km. Auch Maastricht (25 km) und Valkenburg (17 km) sind schnell erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und eine offene Küche, die unter anderem mit einer Kombi-Mikrowelle und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet ist. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Die Toilette ist separat untergebracht. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten, die ggf. als Doppelbett zusammengestellt sind. Im Flur befindet sich ein separates WC. Das Leben im Freien findet im Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln statt. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Abstellraum, der allerdings nicht für Fahrräder geeignet ist. Zudem ist direkt am Haus ein Parkplatz für ein Auto vorhanden. Zudem gibt es im Ferienpark weitere Parkmöglichkeiten auf den zentralen Parkplätzen. Im Ferienpark Reevallis können verschiedene Bungalows und Ferienhäuser für zwei bis sechs Personen angemietet werden. Cette maison de vacances indépendante est située dans le petit parc de vacances Reevallis, dans le magnifique paysage vallonné du sud du Limbourg, en périphérie du village de Vijlen.
