Il regroupe 3 corps de bâtiments: La métairie se compose d’un vaste salon/salle à manger baigné de fraîcheur, d’une grande cuisine capable d’accueillir 14 personnes à table et d’une chambre double avec salle de bain. En face, la bergerie a été parfaitement aménagée pour recréer 2 splendides appartements de respectivement 5 et 6 personnes. Het omvat drie gebouwencomplexen : de pachthoeve, die beschikt over een groot salon, een aangename koele eetkamer, een grote keuken die plaats biedt aan veertien personen en een tweepersoonskamer met bad en douche. Aan de overkant, werd de schapenstal perfect omgebouwd tot twee schitterende appartementen voor respectievelijk vijf en zes personen.
