Unser Stadthaus „Emmy Marxen“ liegt inmitten des ehemaligen, historischen 7.Quartier, in Nähe zum Schloss Gottorf und in zweiter Reihe zur Schlei. Das Stadthaus als Teil unseres denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes ist aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit gelber Backsteinfassade und liegt im gepflegten Innenhof. Es bietet Ihnen mit seinem separaten Eingang zur Ferienwohnung sehr viel Platz auf zwei Etagen im charmanten Altbaustil und wurde im Jahr 2017/18 renoviert. Den dazugehörigen PKW-Stellplatz finden Sie hinter dem Haus liegend. Restaurants erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß, die Altstadt mit der Fischersiedlung Holm ist ebenso fußläufig erreichbar.
Nuestra casa de la ciudad "Emmy Marxen" se encuentra en el medio del antiguo, histórico séptimo trimestre, cerca del castillo de Gottorf y en la segunda fila al Schlei. La casa de la ciudad como parte de nuestro edificio listado es del siglo XIX con una fachada de ladrillo amarillo y se encuentra en el patio bien guardado. Con su entrada separada al apartamento, le ofrece mucho espacio en dos pisos en el encantador estilo de edificio antiguo y fue renovado en 2017/18. Puede encontrar el espacio de estacionamiento asociado detrás de la casa.
