Met meer dan 3.000 vierkante meter aan accommodatie zou dit pand, in een dorpse omgeving en toch dicht bij Lincoln, geschikt zijn voor een gezin of iedereen die vanuit huis wil werken of op grote schaal wil entertainen. "We voelden ons aangetrokken tot Dunston en dit huis in het bijzonder vanwege het historische aspect van zowel het pand als het dorp. Het is in zo'n rustige omgeving, maar zo snel en gemakkelijk om Lincoln binnen te komen. Het huis heeft veel geschiedenis, maar helaas is er niet veel vastgelegd, hoewel overblijfselen met betrekking tot het pand werden gevonden bij een archeologische opgraving in het dorp. Er zijn twee belangrijke huizen in het dorp, Dunston Manor en Dunston House, beide verbonden met de graaf van Ripon en Nocton House. "Het huis is goed onderhouden volgens een hoge standaard en biedt zoveel. Er is een apart bijgebouw. Alle kamers zijn zeer royaal met twee ruime zitkamers, de grotere heeft een Italiaanse marmeren open haard waarvan wordt gedacht dat het de originele is, en er zijn houtkachels in beide geïnstalleerd. Er is een overvloed aan ingebouwde opslag in het huis plus een vliering in het dak." "Het bijgebouw is een fantastische ruimte die we hebben gebruikt voor meer formele vergaderingen, maar ook voor zomerfeesten. Er zijn mooie tegels op de begane grond in die enorme ruimte met openslaande deuren naar de patio. Aan de andere kant bevindt zich een werkblad met een gootsteen en een geïntegreerde koelkast met vriesvak en een wijnrek met temperatuurregeling. De bovenverdieping bevindt zich boven de garage, een andere grote ruimte die een slaapkamer zou kunnen zijn of een uitstekend kantoor zou kunnen zijn. Er is ruimte om een badkamer te installeren, zodat het gebouw gemakkelijk een op zichzelf staand bijgebouw kan worden *fout*." "Het is een heel mooi dorp waar een beekje doorheen stroomt en een dorp groen omzoomd door treurwilgen. Dunston is gekoppeld aan het Franse dorp Trange.
