Wildlife abounds in this neck of the woods, and you'll often see deer passing by through the property. This home is located in Lilac Park, where homeowners enjoy private access to their community pool and park, which is located within walking distance of the cabin. Shops and restaurants in town are also a short walk away, yet the cabin enjoys a private setting. White Pines Lake and Park as well as the Arnold Rim Trail are just over a mile away where you can swim, kayak, hike, and enjoy boundless outdoor recreation activities. When you feel like venturing a little further out, head down the hill to Murphys for wine tasting, shopping, and dining, or up to Bear Valley for alpine adventures and skiing and snowboarding in winter! In 2021-2022 the flooring was all updated, kitchen cabinets and much of the interior was repainted. In 2019 a new metal roof was installed, cabin was re-stained, and the wood stove was replaced with a new gas log stove insert.
