Building with rehabilitation and expansion project already APPROVED by the CML, for a construction area of 505.93 m2, providing 8 one bedroom flats, divided into 4 floorsMagnificent sun exposure, excellent views to the Monsanto Park and the Lisbon Aqueduct. The Campo de Ourique neighbourhood is located in the heart of the city of Lisbon, between Amoreiras, Estrela and Prazeres. It is probably the most commercially inclined residential neighbourhood in Lisbon, and therefore a neighbourhood with a life of its own.Its "fregueses" say that this neighbourhood is a small city within Greater Lisbon. Besides, it is considered the most peaceful neighbourhood in Lisbon and the one with the best living conditions, differentiating it from other urban areas that are excessively dependent on Shopping Centres. The working days and the weekend seem to be indistinguishable from each other, as the quiet and paradoxically dynamic movement of the people crosses the neighbourhood every day of the week with the same rhythm. Its heritage includes the Church of Santo Condestável, an emblematic monument designed by Vasco Regaleira, the architect of the "new churches", and the Church of Santa Isabel.
In the 1980's and 90's, several bands appeared in Campo de Ourique, having marked the national musical scene: Ena Pá 2000 and Pop Dell'Arte.
Demonstrating the dynamism of the neighbourhood, it was also in Campo de Ourique that the first independent Portuguese record label was created.
The quality of life and the charm of the neighbourhood make it very attractive.Several cultural figures and personalities have lived or still live in Campo-de Ourique: Luís de Sttau Monteiro, Manuel João Vieira, Fernanda Lapa, Fernanda Borsatti, among many others, as well as Fernando Pessoa, whose house where he lived for the last 15 years of his life has been transformed into a cultural space.Close to everything, it's a neighbourhood with a flat topography that allows you to walk around and find a wide range of shops and services, from restaurants, bakeries and ice-cream shops to fashion shops and bookshops, many with history and tradition. It's easy to fall in love with life in this neighbourhood.
