12.EQUIPAMENTOS COLECTIVOS.Ref: 04709 Terrain de 8520 m2 situé à Baixa da Atalaia - Alcochete, avec un bon emplacement et une excellente zone pour différents types de construction.Par le biais de la demande d’informations techniques à la municipalité d’Alcochete sur la faisabilité de la construction de ce même terrain, celui-ci, conformément aux dispositions du point n° 5 de l’article 27 du règlement PDM d’Alcochete, fait partie d’un espace rural agricole de catégorie I.Après l’analyse de celui-ci, dans l’APPRÉCIATION, il est vérifié que, compte tenu de son emplacement, il peut, en cas de proéminence, construire face aux deux routes, de sorte qu’il ne sera réalisable que dans les paramètres suivants :
